Siegfried Schmauder

Siegfried Schmauder's main areas are research and development work in the field of microstructure mechanics, multi-scale modeling, material and component testing, material development and optimization as well as component safety and design. In particular, steels and light metals, fiber composites on a metallic and polymeric basis, metal / ceramic composites, hard metals and coatings are investigated experimentally and numerically.
